Final Sale Policy
• All purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once the product has been opened or used. This policy ensures the integrity and hygiene of our products.
Unopened Products
• Unopened and unused products in their original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email or contact form link]. We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
